Currently SJPrepShop.com will only ship within the United States. International Shipping will be available in the near future.

Clothing
All clothing orders will be shipped via UPS Ground based on the following schedule:
Total Order Amount Shipping Charge $0.00 - 25.00 $5.95 $25.01 - 50.00 $6.95 $50.01 - 100.00 $8.95 $100.01 - 150.00 $10.95 $150.01 - 200.00 $14.95 $200.01 + $5.95 + 5% of order price
Artwork
To insure the safety of your delivery, orders that include any artwork will incur an extra shipping charge of $5.00 per painting. Artwork will ship separately of any clothing that is placed on the same order.
Christmas Ornaments
To insure the safety of your delivery, orders that include a Christmas Ornament will incur an extra shipping charge of $3.00 per ornament. Ornaments will ship separately of any clothing that is placed on the same order.
Return Policy
Defective or Damaged Products
Defective and/or damaged products can be returned to:

If possible, we will replace the damaged product at no further cost to you. Otherwise, you will receive a refund check for the original purchase price and shipping costs. You will not be refunded for any return shipping costs you may incur. The check will be sent to the Shipping Address on the order unless you provide other instructions.
Customized Products
Any product that is in any way customized (e.g. personalized monogram) may not be returned for any reason other than product defect or damage. If you received a defective or damaged product, please follow the return instructions above.
